Low energy levels are a plague of modern day living, with factors such as high stress levels, poor food choices, and an increasing sedentary lifestyle being major factors. Instead of starting the day with a wholesome nutritious breakfast, I would find that a double shot soy flat white would be the only thing in my digestive tract powering me on until lunch time.
